To keep our prices accessible and ensure product safety, we do not accept returns or exchanges on fragrance purchases.

Due to federal shipping regulations, fragrances containing alcohol are classified as flammable materials and cannot be safely or legally resold once opened—even if used only once. Returned fragrances also pose hygiene, quality control, and tampering concerns.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damaged product and we will make it right in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
